Returns/Exchanges

SWB Jewellery guarantees satisfaction - we want you to LOVE your pieces! If your order does not meet your expectations in any way, a return or exchange may be done. Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund (excluding the original shipping costs and/or any restocking fees). Upon contact, further instructions will be given on the return procedure.

--Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.

--Most retailers do not take back earrings due to hygienic reasons. We do accept earring returns, however, a 15% restocking fee does apply, as the post/hook must be disposed of and replaced.

--It is recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.

**If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, please note that we will not be responsible for any customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount. To avoid us having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard mail (ie. US First Class Mail), and state on the customs form that it is a "return".
