Return Policy

SWB Jewellery guarantees satisfaction - we want you to LOVE your pieces! If your order does not meet your expectations in any way, please let us know right away. 

⌘ To qualify for a return, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your package. Upon contact, further instructions will be given on the return procedure.

⌘ Since we offer free shipping on every order, we unfortunately cannot also offer free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to mail the returned items back to us.

⌘ Your refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be processed when we receive your package. It is recommended that returns are sent back with insurance (and tracking). Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.

⌘ Express/Rush fees are non-refundable.

⌘ We do not accepts returns/exchanges on hairpieces or earrings (for hygienic reasons). However, if there is a quality issue, please let us know and we will handle these situations on a case by case basis. 

 Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.

 If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, please note that we will not be responsible for any customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount. To avoid us having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard mail (ie. US First Class Mail), and state on the customs form that it is a "return".

⌘ Pieces from our Clearance section are final sale.

 Custom designed pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
