The return rate here at SWB Jewellery is very low - we take such care in crafting our jewellery, that a common thing we hear from our brides is "wow - my pieces are even better than the photos!!"
If you're worried about ordering the wrong size or colour - we're always here to chat! Please don't be shy - email us with all of your questions (bonus points if you include your dress photo, so that we have a visual!).
With that said, our studio guarantees satisfaction - we want you to LOVE your pieces! If your order does not meet your expectations in any way, please let us know right away. We will always try our best to make you happy!
⌘ To qualify for a refund, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. Upon contact, further instructions will be given on the return procedure.
⌘ We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom pieces.
⌘ Since we offer free shipping, we unfortunately cannot also offer free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to mail the returned item(s) back to us.
⌘ Your refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be processed when we receive your package. It is recommended that returns are sent back with insurance (and tracking). Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
⌘ Expedited/Express/Priority/Rush fees are non-refundable.
⌘ Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded in full if we receive them damaged due to mishandling, or poor packaging on your part.
