Production + Shipping

When will my order ship?

When you place an order, your pieces are handcrafted from scratch - especially for you! Standard turnaround time is 1 week (with free shipping!). However, if you would like to bump up your order in our queue, you’ll be given the option in the checkout to expedite production. We offer several different options to accommodate all timelines. 

If you are in a time crunch and do not choose to upgrade your production speed, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time. When in doubt, please contact us for help when choosing the correct option for you!

Where do you ship?

Everywhere! We are based in Ottawa, Canada, but we ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all Canadian and US orders (with production upgrades available for a fee). If you are an international customer, you'll be able to see your shipping options in the checkout.

I need my order ASAP, but I’d like to know if I can avoid paying a rush fee. Do you have already-made pieces that can ship right away?

Since our designs are so highly customizable (and made-upon-order), we unfortunately do not carry stock of the pieces in our regular collection. 

However, we do have a clearance section of pieces that are ready to ship! Clearance orders will reach the shipping stage much faster than orders that need to be made. If you are in a time crunch though, you may still want to upgrade to expedited (as there are no delivery time guarantees with the free shipping). When in doubt, please contact us for help when choosing the correct shipping option for you!

What shipping service to you use?

We ship via Canada Post. If you are outside of Canada, your package will be transferred to your country’s postal service for delivery.

I am an international customer (USA/Europe/Australia/Asia). Will there be a customs fee when my package is delivered?

Unfortunately, import fees/duties are often charged on packages coming from out-of-country. Please refer to your country’s border services department for specific information on import taxes.

Other Notes:

  • After your items are made, you will receive an email notification that your order has reached the shipping stage.
  • Please note that postal delays may happen from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Orders will ship to the address listed on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. Items will not be refunded if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it sent out again to the correct address.
