To start the process, please send us:

• photos of your dress (preferably of you wearing it!)
• photos of your hairstyle inspo
• photos of any other accessories you’ll be wearing
• your preferred metal: silver, rose gold, or yellow gold
• your preferred components: pearls, crystals, or a mix of both (the more info you provide on your likes/dislikes, the better!)
• your preferred style: minimal, statement - or somewhere in between?
• your target price range (we can design within most budgets!)
• your timeline

We will respond within 1-3 business days with our thoughts and recommendations! We will often have follow up questions for you, so that we can provide a quote. We will discuss your piece in detail before you commit to placing the order.

If you decide to go ahead with the order, we will send you a custom listing for the piece. The transaction must go through (paid in full) before we start production.

Please note that we do not provide sketches or mock-up photos during the design process (this keeps design fees minimal!). Ordering a custom piece from SWB Jewellery means that you like our work, and trust that we will create something that you love based on our preliminary discussions.

We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund your payment (in full) if we are unable to produce your piece(s). Don’t worry, we will let you know! We want all of our brides to be happy, and we would rather turn down an order than have you be disappointed with the final product.
