- Imperfection: freshwater pearls are like snowflakes - no two are alike! The freshwater pearls pictured are *pretty close* to perfect. However, we have tons of less-than-perfect pearls that still deserve to be worn! If you order these earrings, your pearls will chosen from our “imperfect” pearl drawer. They will still be so beautiful - just not that “perfect teardrop” shape shown.
